Thickness 20-50 mm Spiral Perforated Tube Galvanized Steel Custom Length
Perforated pipe can be made of mild carbon steel sheet, aluminum steel sheet or stainless steel sheet. It is punched into flat sheet and then fabricated into pipe. The fabrication method can be welded and lock seam.
Lock seam perforated pipe is made by folding up the overlapping edges against each other, then folding them over in the same direction a number of times. It has flush surface outside and lock seam inside.
Welded perforated pipe is manufactured by perforated metal sheet which is cut to desired size and then rolled and welded into a tube.

Applications
Perforated pipe is used in exhaust system; filtration systems, aerospace, paper & pulp, petrochemical, oil and gas, and so on.
Mild carbon steel perforated pipe is the most economical among the three materials. It can be used in places where the budget is tight and need the good quality products.
Aluminum perforated pipe is more lightweight than other materials and it is corrosive resistant. It can be used in some place where weight should be kept in a low level to ensure smooth operation.
Stainless steel perforated pipe is the most durable pipe which can resist to the corrosion, acid. It can be used in the harsh environments.
